Specifications of products - The specs of all of our products are listed in the description fields on each product. There are times when the dimensions are not right on. This could be due to a number of things but one of the biggest is the scalability of the art to be carved. Every effort is made to stay within the dimensions but some shorting or overlap could be possible. Your art will look great nonetheless. Each piece is also specified at a 0.75 inch threshold but in the process of making your art it may run a little thinner or thicker than that.

Timeframe to Completion - Please note that custom work takes time. Please allow us two to four weeks to ship your order. Ordering a custom badge, plaque, flag or wall art is an involved process. Our standard turnaround time currently is between 1 - 2 weeks from the time you place your order until the time it ships. We ship all orders UPS ground which can take up to five or six business days to reach you. We generally finish early on our orders but the 1 - 2 weeks is used as a guideline. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive on a specific date but we will try to work with you in getting it to you when you need it.

Refunds/Returns - Generally we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the fact our products are custom made. We will consider it in instances where there is a defect in workmanship. The determination on whether or not to issue a refund is our decision.

Care and Maintenance - To care for your flag, badge or artwork, wipe it clean with a clean cloth. Do not use cleaning chemicals or water. For stubborn stains or dust accumulation use a damp cloth and wipe dry quickly. Our items are not designed for outdoor use or for extreme environmental use. 

 

Custom Designs -  Any custom design must be approved by you before any work is done.
